As a husband and wife team we have been successfully operating Alphabet House together for 20 years. However Trudy has been the owner of childcare businesses for over 30 years with David joining her later from the educational supplies sector. We are both ‘hands on’ within our three settings working closely with our staff, children and parents.
Trudy deals with the day to day running of the business and staff training while David works mainly off site delivering Forest Schools to ours and other nursery settings together with maintaining our child care properties. Having collectively 4 children and 4 grandchildren together we completely understand what a balancing act parenting can be, juggling the responsibility of childcare, work and home life.
It has always been our goal to reassure our parents and carers that while your child is in our care we will do our very best to provide a safe, caring and nurturing environment in which your child will be happy and engaged, have lots of fun and in turn learn and develop. We have a fantastic team which we are very proud of and we are always available to answer any questions you may have.
